The action is smooth and very quiet and overall the cross trainer is of nice, solid construction. The on board computer gives feedback on time, distance, speed and calories burned as well as pulse monitor from the hand grip pulse sensor. The cross trainer is easy to move around, due to its compact design and transportation wheels.
